There once was a girl who was raised along the famous US Route 66 who spent much of her time at the Muscle Car Ranch in Chickasha, OK just off Route 66 building hot rods and learning to race them like a professional. As a teenager with a fresh drivers license, she was racing her ’67 Ford Mustang GT-500 fastback and her ’69 Chevrolete Camaro SS in many street races and track races, earning her the name of T’erin Traxx because of her style of racing on and off the track. She got her big shot when offered a job to drive for a demolition derby team out of Tacoma, WA. She wanted a change in her life and this was her chance so she took it. After gaining credit on the track as a mean blocking and fighting machine, she earned a spot to face the Pacific Northwest’s fiercest derby competitors in Spanaway Speedway’s very last demolition derby ever. The event was brutal, but T’erin hung in there and outsmarted some of the best demolition derby men and women in the country by blocking smartly and speeding out of the way. It was finally down to T’erin and the mean Irish Gangster from Tacoma. In a last stitch effort he charged right into the back of T’erin and finally fell out of the competition. The Irish Gangster was so impressed with her speed and blocking skills that he bought T’erin a beer at the local pub during the celebration after party. He introduced her to a rough n tumble group of Irish girls that he was affiliated with. This wasn’t any typical group of girls, they were roller derby girls that stole her heart. They were tough, strong, and united. They gave her an opportunity she couldn’t turn down. Deciding it was time for another change in her life and being able to keep her “racing” roots, she took the offer and joined the Femme Fianna in their Roller Derby Domination. She has been dominating, racing and blocking around the track and hasn’t looked back since!!!
